Horse stance is pretty much how I have to squat. My femurs make up 32.3% of my body length so I have a wide as fuck stance.

I go for time since that's what we did for karate lessons as a kid. I can hold it for 4:30 min.

My teacher used to make tea while I was in horse stance, pour the tea into cups, and put the cups on my thighs. When it cooled enough to drink you could stand up.
