I came back from a 5 months hiatus because of work/school stuff and before, I did lots of circuit trainings so I was exhausted and always sore.
I decided to start again by following SS and I feel like I don't do anything. I am barely sweating and hardly feel sore, am I not doing it well enough? I stalled all my lift, I can barely do the 5th rep correctly with good form.
