Sure!

There's too much height posting, not enough food posting.
>>
>Crack some eggs in a bowl and mix them up as if making an omelette.
>Season them nicely with pepper, paprika, and if available some Vegeta soup seasoning.
>Dip your broccoli in this bowl and let it soak it all up.
>Set frying pan heat to medium, put some olive oil, and after a minute dump the broccoli in.
>Feel free to add mushrooms and olives too, tastes amazing.
>Stir it around for a couple minutes stir fry style.
>Sprinkle some soy sauce and turn off the heat.
>Keep mixing for another 30 seconds and serve.

Nah, I wouldn't follow it anyway. To recipie for making protein waffles to pretty much the same as regular waffles except you add the protein power, then extra egg/waffle mix until the consistency is normal.

Looks like OP is a fag who doesn't deliver so I'll share my recipe for something similar:
> 1 jar of crunchy peanut butter
> 2-3 eggs
> some protein powder
> grownd nuts (I prefer peacun and almonds)
> dried cranberries
> spice and seasoning: cocoa poweder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
> stir everything
> squeeze into pyrex pan
> put in preheated oven
> bake until it reaches the consistency of dense cake and is almost dry
> cool outside oven
> cut into bars
two bars can sustain you for ~8 hours

Never tried with thawed broccoli, but it should work.

This is wrong unless you enjoy dry waffles.

Cajun Chicken Salad
Big pack of chicken breasts
bushel of fresh spinach
2 cans of black beans
olive oil/ red wine vinegar
Season chicken with generous amounts of Cajun and black pepper then grill. While chicken is grilling wash and remove stems from spinach. Rinse black beans.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and portion out with spinach/black beans into containers.
Use olive oil/vinegar or whatever dressing you prefer. Add cheese if you want.
Easy, cheap, healthy lunch for the week. I've eaten this daily for months
