>>41251760

i'm the biggest autistic khv and joined dancing class just to see how a woman touch feels but for some reason i always get another guy assigned. still waiting for that cute girl that's in my class

depends, breakdancing, pole dancing(the actual pole dancing human flag style shit) and ballet (when done by elite dancers), are the most fit forms of dancing, everything else is meh, but you can work up a sweat, doesn't mean its fit tho

theres also thys gymnast stuff with sticks and stripes attached to it
one girl trained this that i knew and while it was 2artistic4u it was also hot af and she had amazing flexible body
I do contemporary/ ballet and that shit it's fit af.
I always get triggered when i see those shirts with
"want easy, do ballet" or some shit like that.
Dancing is hard as fuck

Hardcore pole dancers are fit AF. I would definitely consider that to be legit.

Dancing is expression. If your fit, you dance like a fit person. I recommend jungle and dancehall while totally drunk and/or on drugs. Provided its a good company without people who are too cool to dance.
dancing works your core. but if you want muscles then no, good cardio i suppose. some of the hottest girls and best bodies i know are dancers
Capoeira is pretty /fit/

agreed, but capoeira is not dancing

Yeah, but it's more often taught as dance than as a martial art, at least outside of Brazil. /fit/ is also the type of board to dismiss it as just as ineffective dancing and flashy tricks, so might as well go along with it just to put this out there.
