Every now and then I'l do shoulder dislocates with a pvc pipe or stick, but aside from that I don't specifically target them in lifts or stretches. Aren't rows supposed to hit that?

They probably do a bit but 3 sets of 15-20 reps of face pulls at the end of your training goes a long way to prevent any future shoulder injury.

impingment, do those excersies where you spin your arms in a circular motion, do it clokcwise and counter clockwise.
do this for a month tops, don't do any uppbody excersises, only squats and your inpingment will go awya.
