TM is not a program like SS is.
It makes more sense to shit on SS cause it's simply suboptimal and a stupid cookie cutter program.

All cookie cutter programs are suboptimal, they're only good for mediocre gains and for judging people's genetic potential(ppl who get strongest on SS are most definitely the genetic elite, not because they "followed the program" or "drank enough milk".

TM is a template, one can do 3x5 deadlifts on volume day if he needs or wants.
