We broke up because indefinite long distance and I was clingy and codependent. Left us both pretty raw emotionally. I deserved to get dumped.

Yes. The difference between 20% and 10% is fucking crazy for me. I go from looking like a haggard 40 year old, bloated caveman to looking like a fucking abercrombie model.

I've never tanned and not tried tanning pills. I've got pretty much the worst tan skin genetics going (Irish, gingery beard). What made a huge difference was eating loads of veg for the beta carotene.
I started drinking a glass of carrot juice a day. More than that can literally turn you orange but at that amount my skin took on a much healthier glow. It's comparable to a light tan. Intermittent fasting. The fasting autists here will poo poo it as not being a 'real' fast but it's really useful for getting lean, among other things and has been proven to be very effective over simple long term caloric deficit dieting.

You can adjust it to suit your needs but typically the longer the daily fast the better. I usually do a 19 hour fast with a 5 hour (typo in other post) eating window. So that means I stop eating anything at 7pm and don't consume any calories until 2pm the next day. When I say no calories I mean absolutely no calories. I drink a few cups of black coffee in the morning and that's it. The rest is just plenty of water.
I consume all my daily calories in that 5 hour window along with any supps I'm currently taking.

It takes a little while to adjust to and I felt kinda weak/faint for the first couple of days but after your metabolism and insulin sensitivity readjusts it becomes very comfortable.

Being around 10% is about more than getting chicks (though it does help). Low bodyfat is optimal for health in many ways (as in 10-15%, lower can be detrimental).

IF has been the easiest way to eat that I've found. I don't count calories. I hardly even give a shit what I eat (takeouts a plenty). All I do is eat within that 5 window only and the weight comes off and stays off.
Don't feel any weaker, don't feel hungry, don't feel like I'm making a huge unsustainable change. It feels natural. It's basically skipping breakfast. For me it's actually easier to do than getting up and forcing food down my throat. Never been hungry in the morning.

There's not much to tell. The whole thing is that if you're decent looking you have to know it and believe it.
I and a lot of guys like me have definitely spent a long time basically ignoring some pretty crazy signs because our self-worth is just so low it becomes inconceivable that a girl could find us attractive.
Once you allow yourself to believe that you're actually decent looking you start to pick up all these funny little signals that you never would have before. Girls can actually make themselves pretty obvious. Their signals are loud and clear when you know what to look for. The thing is they are typically intentionally indirect or obtuse so that they have deniability in case you reject them.

Then it's all about having the balls to test them to see if you're right. Talk to them, see how they respond and you start to build an idea of how it really works.

Sometimes girls do the complete opposite, they shut down and give no signs. I'll be in a group of friends or at a party and a girl there will talk to literally everyone but me. She will walk up, start talking to us and the whole time behave like I'm not even there.
