What are your fit recipes with the Instant Pot? I got one as a gift and it's been sitting on a shelf for months

It's literally the only pot I have, I meal prep and reheat my lunch with it. It's absolutely amazing.
>>41240879
Ship it to me, senpai. I'll use it.
Realistically though, you can make your slow cooker recipes on it and they'll take about half the time because it's a pressure cooker.
Beyond that, there's a fuck load of paleo recipes or there for it
1 cup red lentils
1/2 cup whole oat groats
1 medium carrot, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
Black pepper
Enough water to fill about 1/2-1inch above everything
17 minutes high-pressure

Go on, I'm listening. If I can accelerate my meal prep like >>41241071 indicates then I want to make use of it.

Really dude you need to use your pot. Its my gains machine bro.
I do meal prep in my pot once or twice a week. Each pot gives me 8-12 servings. (I consider a cup a serving.)
Each serving is approx. 300-500 calories depending on the dish.
Some ideas bro to get your gains machine cooking:
1 kg of pork tenderloin cubed raw
3 cans whole kernel corn
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped potato
2 cups chopped celery
2 whole red bell peppers
2 cans mushroom soup
Spices (I use: curry powder, cayenne, garlic powder and purée, pepper.)
Cook on high 6 hours or low for 8.
About 12 servings (1 cup)
248 calories serving
7 grams fat
27 crabs
21 protein
Chill:
1.25 kg extra extra lean ground beef (precook)
1 can whole corn
2 cups cauliflower
1 can kidney beans rinsed
3 cans beans in tomato sauce
2 cups celery
1 whole red bell pepper
1 whole green bell pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
Spices: garlic powder, chill powder, cayenne, cumin, chill peppers, etch
Cook low for 8 hours or high for 6
12 servings of 1 cup
322 calories serving
10 g fat
28 g crabs
27 g protein
Got more but throw in meat and veggies and spice and you're rocking.
The macros are what I get bro from Myfitnesspal so yours may vary.
If you make shit like this once or twice a week and freeze portions, in one month you will have constant portioned high quality daily meals.
I love the gains machine.

Well, honestly, it still takes a big chunk out of my Sundays, but that's because I prepare the ingredients slowly.
I make this recipe: http://eatwithinyourmeans.com/pressure-cooker-vegan-chili
I also add crumbled tofu to it (400 grams) for the extra protein. I make two batches, which last 3.5 days each in two big airtight tubs, cause I'm cheap and don't want to buy 7 small ones.
Honestly, just look up any recipe you think would fit your macros and make as much as you want at atime. I eat the same thing every day, I get my variety from the different raw fruits and vegetables I eat on the side.

And, obviously, meat dishes would be even more convenient than the vegan shit I eat, as >>41241538 made clear
This is really helpful, thanks. I'll get started tomorrow on making use of it.

OK this isn't the healthiest but its an idea of how simple you can go:
1. Put ham roast in crock pot
2. Put can of pineapple chunks with juice in pot
3. Some brown sugar on top or spices
4. Cook on slow 8-10 hours
5. Done
6. Eat

i sure do love my Instant Pot™ that i bought from https:\\www.instantpot.com !

This is absolutely the right way of doing it but I will just note that 6-8 is the slowcooker times. Pressure cooker will be like 35 minutes for pork and veg.
BTW you really should saute the spices, onions and garlic for 2-3minutes in a fat like coconut oil, avocado oil or butter or ghee. THEN add all your meat and veg and put in the stock and shut the lid.

Im not a paid shill but they are a cut above the other pressure cookers. Very good value, lots of safety features, solid build quality. There is a reason they are the most sold item on the entire of amazon.com
