So how's the weight loss going, robots/fembots?

I'm aiming for 115 lbs, almost halfway there.
Also what do you do to lose weight? I'm just eating less than 600 calories/day. No workout cause I'm lazy and can't go outside.

I have weak connective tissue in general all over my body. Working out hard causes my blood pressure to spike, which puts pressure on my arteries. Over time too much pressure could lead to an aneurysm in my aorta and I would drop dead right then and there.

Intermittent fasting makes weight loss ridiculously easy. I lost roughly 20kg without much effort. The tl;dr of intermittent fasting is to skip breakfast everyday for awhile then eventually consider also skipping lunch. Don't fall for the breakfast is the most important meal of the day myth. IF can be hard when you start out but it is worth sticking to.

I took synthetics years ago and had a hardcore panic attack (wasn't a stroke or heart attack I've been checked) and it just screwed something up in my brain/nervous system where my heart beats faster. It doesn't always, but it does when I get up and walk or do activities. Its no big deal really. The only bad part about it is that it makes sleeping really bad slowly because I've gotten used to it so if it beats normally I start to panic thinking my heart is beating fast enough. Other actual hard drugs I did certainly didn't help.

Its really not a big deal at all. I can do pretty much everything just fine, I just can't do certain things as long now.

6'4 and 214. Down from 270. I hit the gym 5 days a week, run at least 1-2 miles a day, and have been cutting at about 1700 calories a day the last couple weeks. Before that was just doing 21-2500 calories and maintaining at 220.

Well you may be right, but I've never had any amount of thing that helps it. Beta blockers, anti-depressants, etc. Most of it just freaks me out when my heart beats normally anymore and I'm not completely distracted by something. Though physical exertion does cause my heart to rise quite fast and higher than it should be and its resting rate is usually higher even if I'm relatively calm at time, or feel calm.

Who knows, either way it's not much of a problem outside of the occassional palpitation and rhythm stuff that comes and goes.

Its actually pretty possible. Soda actually eradicates the enamel extremely quick if consumed in large amounts. It is most certainly possible. Likely she probably smokes, does drugs, or just doesn't have all that good of hygiene, the last one is doubtful considering.

Just started doing IF for my summer cut, I already only eat two meals a day (big breakfast and big dinner), if I snack I snack on fruit. I went cold turkey and cut out breakfast completely. I'm a little worried since I feel that sometimes I compensate by eating a lot more for dinner (I am sticking to only one big meal during my window), and that all the work I did during the first half of my day is wasted as soon as I get to eat again.
Also I found that drinking carbonated water helps shit tons (along with tea), makes you feel more full. One nice side effect of IF is that I have maybe doubled my water intake....

I'm not op and I'm a dude but what would work for me when I would reach a weight loss plateu was just increasing my calories by up to around maintenance level for a week. I would gain a little weight in that time, but start losing fast again when I started restricting to the levels before.

That this would be a terrible idea. It takes much much longer to build muscle than it does to lose fat, and realistically bulking for a single month won't make a difference. I'm assuming you want to look decent for this summer, and if that's the case just stay the course.

After a few months when you reach your current goal I'd (clean) bulk for 9 months, cut for a month or two and you will fill out nicely.

IF is effortless for me. I don't like eating breakfast, I'm just not hungry in the a.m. I was forcing a small meal down my throat for a long time because my doctor told me I had to take my new meds in the morning with food. I felt like shit and ended up eating more throughout the day and was always tired and gained a bit of weight. A little while ago I said 'fuck it' and went back to no breakfast and I don't eat until after noon when I am actually hungry.
I feel amazing now, it seems like my meds are working more efficiently too, and I don't over indulge anymore. ~18lbs from goal weight!

115 is probably too unhealthy for your height. If you're aiming for a really skinny aesthetic I doubt you'd have to go under 130 pounds. And at your height that's already borderline underweight. Believe me when I say this now that the results will show far before you have to skim the border of underweight to achieve your look.

Down to 130lbs at 5'6" as far as I know. I hate not being able to weigh myself daily. PMS water retention will really fuck my shit up so I have to wait another week or two before my next weigh in. For now I have to trust that the constant weird taste in my mouth and the strict 800 calorie diet is working in my favor.

6ft2 make that went from 320 to 228. Been going alright. Most seriously counting calories anymore and just lifting heavy and eating meat like an animal. i do Intermittent fasting too

one meal a day, around 5:30-6:00 each day, under 700 calories

but the thing is, it doesn't really lose you a whole bunch of weight. maybe if your over 300 pounds or some shit, but most people (im assuming) are like 220-250 and want to get to 140-160 or some shit, so they simply don't lose weight as fast

in the month i've been doing it, i haven't lost any more then i would lose, if i was doing a diet the "proper way" i only do it because, my stomach has sorta shrunk, so i cant go back to my old life style. but please dont say it loses you weight fast, that just gets idiots trying it, and possibly hurting themselves
