You have no structure when it comes to routine. I go to uni in california and ive seen the same indians at the uni rec center for a couple of years and they still look the same. Even though my progress is about ~1year and a half I already look bigger than them.

It really depends on what you want to look like.
Do the basic chest back delts and arms split.
I dont do squats because of my huge femurs. So i do the leg press, leg raise etc.
I used to be at 20%bf. Drastically changed my diet. Added cardio and got down to about 15%.
My goal is 10% within the next 3 months.
Also i realised that its important to know what your weak areas are.
For example my delts were really weak so I started focusing on them more by doing a lot of lateral raises to target them directly instead of OHP. Shit really worked. Now i have almost have striated delts.

About 3 months to get from 18 to 14.

Personally pursuing where I can make a good living for the next 40-50 years of my working life.

Trying for Post graduate medicine. Even at times I question my path.

One golden rule:- Try to finish your career as early as possible. Don't waste time like me. This will easily open up time for other things in life that you wish to do.

My undergraduate is complete but to actually establish a career in medicine will take me more yeas of studying.

I have family support, only mum and dad at home. I'm trying to capitalise on it as best as I can at the moment.

Also try to set up a routine as early as possible. Time management is a must. Use a pomodoro technique to stay motivated. 25min study 5 min relax- all day every day.

Apply it not only to academic study but read a lot, including how to be social, learn a language so much to do. Use your time wisely.

The smell of body odor is from not wearing anti perspirant deodorant. I grew up in an area with a ton of Indians. I had about the same number of white / Indian friends in high school (in US). I'm in uni (at the old age of 27) and before that worked at a gym. There are some really aesthetic Indians, but most of them just don't give a fuck about working out. Some do and make great progress, some try to work out and fail terribly. Try using "MyFitnessPal" It's an app that has macros and calorific values for a lot of desi food.
Just as a rule of thumb when eating traditional Indian food, avoid home cooked white rice, it's loaded with carbs.

Rotis, without ghee (parents think ghee will make you strong, it's 100% fat), are a good substitute to rice.

Eat a lot of dal, they're loaded with a lot of protein (average of 7g per bowl for most dals)

Eat whatever "sabzee" you get, they're generally healthy but make sure they're not too oily (Indian mothers tend to do this without realizing it).

Also, monitor your sodium intake, Indian food tends to be very salty and spicy. Stay healthy mate. You're going to make it.

i live in a predominantly brown area

some indians are the coolest people i know, while others are some of the worst. It's not much of an inbetween though.
