Ok, so your routine and body type matches. You have that down. Though I am gaining, not losing so maybe someone else may want to chime in on that. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a routine issue.
If pushups are your goal, make sure everytime you hit the gym to get at least one type of chest exercise in. Also, throw in your push-ups too. For example, when someone wants to improve squats, they just do a couple sets of that on top of the standard workout. Make sure you are actively using those muscles man. Good luck. You'll see improvements in no time.
