What is your specialty lift, and do you enjoy it?

T bar rows. I absolutely love them.

Bench press. But I have not done it seriously in almost 3 years.
I don't even remember what pec doms feels like anymore.
Squats, and not even remotely

Same famalam I love it
I also love bench press, but who fucking doesn't?

OHP usually
Anything involving upper body likes shoulders or chest since it came naturally to me like overhead tricip extension, behind the neck OHP, etc.

Squat.
Idk why but my squat has always been my strongest lift. I hurt my left knee last September and I couldn't even squat 85 lbs without pain.
My rehab ended in December and I've went from squatting the bar to 315 x 5 (granted my max was 335 before the injury.)
Deadlifts
>>41236082
Any and all chest exercises except dips. I love working the titties.

One arm lat pulldown 3x210lbs. Currently training for one arm chinup at 232 lbs. I like the the training but at the same time it´s consuming me because of the insanely slow progress. Best of the big four was 3x510 at 17yrs old 230 lbs.
>>41236082
front squats because they are the most challenging lift aside from olympic lifts
>>41236082
Donkey kickbacks. Yes.

Dumbbell bench.
I rarely see anyone going higher than the 120s which is where I'm at right now.
I was able to do a unilateral dumbbell bench with the one hundo.
I'm glad I didn't tear my pec.

Squat definitely gets most of my focus. They're fun.
Flies too, because I just don't see people doing them.
Barbell shrugs, theyre fun and a good ego lift
