some botanics here, regular potatoes are modified stems and sweet potatoes are modified roots, in terms of nutrition the difference is that sweet potatoes have way more fiber, also, eat the orange or here in Argentina we have great ones wich have purple skin, dem sweet caroten and anthocianines, also cheap as fuck eat them 3 times a week, baked or boiled.
