What are good Front Squat alternatives.
I am doing Reg Park's Beginner Routine, which calls for 5x5 front squats on B days. My gym doesn't have barbells, only dumbbells, a bench press, and a smith machine.
Any recommends?
how were you planning to do back squats and deadlifts then?
