No it's honestly a meme. Nobody buys this shit.
We had sips at the restaurant I work at, we sold literally like half a case, that's like 8 cans, all summer. I got two and a half cases of sips for free because I was the only employee who had shown any interest in them whatsoever. We can take free soda whenever we want too, so I'm not even sure if the 8 cans that got sold were actually sold or if employees tried the stuff and never went back.
