haven't sprinted since i was 12
i only use meme plate loaded hammer press machines, and do tons of isolations for every body-part, i do very high volume lifting sessions
im 99% percentile at my gym in terms of muscle gains/aesthetics/symmetry/proportions, i no longer do any more "strength" based lifts, so I don't know where my strength is at in terms of using barbells.
the muscle understands tension/overload, this can be achieved through many different ways, you dont need to be locked down to barbells only
