My pecs grow way quicker than my back muscles it seems. Hence I've developed a slight muscle imbalance where my shoulders are too far forward. Do I just do less benchpress/dips to counter-act this or do I do more back exercises?

Also I'm in need for some exercises which crush my core.

You don't have an "imbalance" really. You just have total body weakness. Get strong. Do lots of rows, pull-ups, deadlifts, and facepulls.
