i guess one might practice speaking in front of a camera? i think meditating always improves my charisma, but usually that's just a day-of thing. reading, watching movies might do so too, giving you character traits to aspire to. but you don't want to sperg out with trying to be like your favorite characters, because that's just embarrassing.

i agree with meditation improving charisma. when i did that consistently i had a much better relationship with everyone
