Who /lowtest/ here?
Just got back my blood results. It was one thing to suspect but another thing entirely to know. you realize that you're just a lame version of the person you could be.
I'll be the guy telling everyone it's okay to stall early and that not everyone gets noob gains. I should know.....
How low? what are your lifts and what do you look like?
>>41216941
All 3x5 and in kg
s: 85
b: 70
dl: 110
p: 50
I'd look alright for someone who hasn't lifted for a year. at least i got a nice frame from genetics
>>41216921
Any chance you can get treatment for it?
just pin test
>>41216921
How low are we talking?
>>41217013
no. just above the minimum reference values
>>41216921
I'm also pretty low testosterone. Actually just got back from the doctor for this specific reason. Apparently I'm in the lowest end of what is considered normal. Thus, no treatment for me. Really sucks. But it definitely explains why I'm stalling so early

Drink lots of alcohol, eat shitty processed foods and sleep like shit on purpose to temporarily drop below limit.
Do this before getting your blood sampled and the doc will consider you for treatment.
Alternatively try changing stuff in your life. I used to be 294ng/mol test but my recently I went up to 610ng/mol by just lifestyle changes and vitamin supplements.
You can do it man
>>41217100
oops meant ng/dL as unit for test
>>41217100
I lift, do cardio and take the good vitamins already. Can barely do cardio during rest days already because I don't recover
>>41216982
yet you're still stronger than me
maybe I should visit my doctor some time soon
Test isn't the only determinant when it comes to increasing muscle mass and getting stronger. You won't turn into chad, but you can still look and feel amazing even though some doc said you had low test.

This was your flaw... overtraining. Don't overtrain and if you do cardio do something like sprinting, sled push, calisthenics instead of jogging.
340ng/dl here on a bad day
still got 400 dl and 264 bp max
didnt tested myself in a long time but either you can achieve decent things with low test or fixing my lifestyle fixed my test levels
working out is always better than not working out, even if your hormonal profile is that of a girl
>>41217211
>>41217237
yeah i know. i couldn't possibly think about stopping lifting. I never go backwards in life
>>41217232
You also need to sleep 7-8 hours a night eat 22% protein 38% fat 38% carbs. Your fat needs to come from saturated fat not PUFA keep saturated highest mono second and pufa lowest. Eat eggs for cholesterol. research for yourself on anabolicmen.
>>41216982
And for how long have you been lifting?
>>41217334
year
>>41216921
>>41217031
>'guys i am lowtest'
>actually scores ' normal' on a blood test
Typical muhh low test blaming
>>41217407
its a disadvantage and a pretty big one at that
