i dunno, i don't like looking at fat people really and they kind of make me uncomfortable, but i think most of them are going through some really serious psychological shit, it's got to be pretty hard on your brain to be fat. i mean can you imagine the self-hatred you must feel looking at yourself in the mirror? even on the internet if you're preaching HAES or whatever bullshit... you have to on some level hate yourself. maybe that's just my depression talking because i hate myself too, but i just think it must be really tough to be fat, and i feel really bad for fatties.

it took me a long time to have the motivation to eat right and start lifting, even though i wanted to want to for years. i'm really proud of where i am now, and i'm fortunate to have grown up in a pretty healthy household and to have had a fast metabolism, but not everyone has that, and with the pressures of society and responsibilities and just the overwhelming weight of being alive, i can see how people can get fat and then suddenly not really know what to do with themselves. and then at that point, it seems like it's impossible to get back... just my thoughts.

This is retarded. I use to be overweight. All I did was restricted my food to Chicken and whey protein shakes along with avocados, mangoes, strawberries and chia seed pudding which all of these I make on my own(except for the produce obviously).

I even limited my salt intake down to the lowest levels like 1,300 sodium and less than 40-60 grams of sugar daily(even I cut out dairy) and I never get hungry(where blood sugar spikes) as long as I never exceed this limit. Hardly ever.

It takes time to prepare a meal but only takes like 14 minutes total and you are done. I ended up losing so much weight that even my fat that I have tried to lose on my legs and waist are slowly going away after three weeks. These fat are idiots that want to die.

Sir, I'm a full time student and work part time at a restaurant as a crew person. All the managers are at the very least overweight all the way to obese.

Never in my life have I put down an over weight individual - I may be fit but I'm not perfect. I would always be running around the restaurant performing the duties of others.

These managers would rely on my to make their lives easier. On minimum wage I was over worked compared to their favourites and other crew people.

Over time feeling sympathy for them. Thinking that they must have a reason for becoming so over weight and ultimately lazy. Always trying to see the positive in people.

Now. I fucking hate them. They're lazy slobs who are paid the same if not more as ordinary workers and work considerably less. If any of them died tomorrow of a heart attack or hit by a car I honestly would not be phased. They have these mood swings and their emotions are all over the place. I've been a victim a number of times to their antics.

You're right anon. In hindsight I've been left doing other peoples work not only from 'fatties' but also those without weight issues.

All of management is overweight. They seem to not step in ever to rectify the behaviour of other workers. Also they themselves have this management cult where they will allow each other to slack off and not care.

I've worked with one manager who wasn't bodybuilding fit but a healthy normal person and I absolutely loved him. He would apply such diligence at work and would actively help out on the floor level.

Usually during a shift one manager is expected to be on the floor kitchen level helping out. The overweight/fat lazy managers will usually just help for a short period of time and then mysteriously disappear.

I've also had one of them jokingly say that they like to act dumb around the boss so they don't have to work as hard but during a shift they parade around expecting me to do their job for them. As in stand at the front counter and tell the workers what to do whilst they slouch in the office or put on their invisibility cloak.

I'm sorry to say yes you're right skinny/fit people can be scum bags BUT those who're carrying excess weight are on a daily up hill battle especially when they have a physically demanding job.

Are you with him 24/7? Do you see his full diet? I was exactly the same way. Thing was though, that was all I ate. I'd have a bunch of poptarts, snack cakes, and pizza most days. But at the end of the day, it only added up to around 1500 calories, because I wouldn't just constantly be eating it. Some days I didn't eat at all because I'd sleep for 10-16 hours.
