What are your opinions on starting aesthetics?

so you are doing SS?
Not even close to enough volume or accessory isolation.
Ohp + bench on the same day = bad idea
Also there's no upper chest work and not nearly enough volume for aesthetics

Your pic doesn't mention eating. That routine won't do jack shit without a correct diet.

this. just alternate with which you start and you're good. both of these lifts benefit massively by doing them a lot

The problem with UL is the imbalance between upper and lower days.
That's why I started looking for a push/pull or full body.
Are you doing that routine? How is working out for you?
>>41207051
I'm doing something similar but with more volume - it's basically a brosplit with a focus on compounds and one day to focus on heavier squats and deads
Strength is going up slower than it would on a pl program (plus i'm cutting) but have seen some nice aesthetics gains (especially in my shoulders) been lifting since september
>include flat bench
>not incline instead
>do zero accessory work
>crunches
>work legs both days
>train calves for muscular endurance instead of growth
>zero accessory work
>retarded greyskull lite progression
>major lifts major lifts major lifts bicep curls
this is a recipe to look like a turnip if you don't hurt yourself in 6 weeks or less.
This is a fantasy routine designed by someone that doesn't lift.
