It's not hard. You have to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time, at a healthy pace to show them that you're willing to change your habits then they do it. It's just like cutting except after a certain amount of time they surgically make your stomach smaller and you lose more weight and feel full faster. Only thing is that it probably is expensive, but If you're not a lazy cunt you can use all that money on gym equipment, or even those meals they mail to your house, then just steal the recipes after a Few months and make your own.
Surgery is the easy way out and risk of dying is probably like 10% more of dying from obesity itself.
