LIIT cardio, man. If you only work arms on arm day then you're not accessing the lower body energy that your body stores up overnight. Doing some light walking makes the body think you're going to do cardio so it releases the energy, which is then free all over your body and you can use it for Upper Body work

I clean and press. Rack position feels better. The weight feels lighter in your hands when you catch it compared to when you just take it out of the rack. Kind of how a squat feels really heavy on your back when you walk it out, but after the first rep you don't think about it anymore.
