i ussualy go to bed at 11pm and on sunday when I need to go to bed I take melatonine a hour before go to bed.

I still sleep like shit though, next i will try a better matras..

How do I become interested in sleeping well ?

Whenever i want to sleep early i convince myself that i can shitpost a little more or that only old people really need to go to bed before 12pm.
