Yeah I started out as a 6'2" 145lb skellyfag and slowly ate bigger meals progressively. Breakfast was the hardest for me to get to but now I can down 1000 cal and go to the gym a couple hours after.

On a psmf so this is what I eat for break fast. Other this all I eat is chicken breasts with kale and spinach and protien shakes
100g cottage cheese
100g greek yogurt
1tsp natural pb
.5 or .75 scoop protien powder
Stir.
About >300 calories and 40g protien
Last couple of weeks I've been having two of these egg muffin things with veggies for breakfast. Getting kinda sick of them now though.

Spinache
500ml fairlife whole milk only 12g carbs in this fuck yes and tastes awesome
1 scoop protein powder
I don't have any stoneset breakfast routine but tend to eat a 1-2 carrots, banana and a bit of tahini over the course of about 1,5hours
