1pl8 OHP, 4 months in
3pl8 Squat 2x5 pause ATG highbar, 6 months on
2pl8 bench, 8 months in
9 months in, my diddly is still 60 pounds away from 405. Kinda wanna skip it and just focus and squats and bench.

8th week (current):
Bodyweight 190lbs
Bench 140lbs
Squat 175lbs

Deadlift: 230
Benching and squatting 1pl8 for 3x5 was a milestone. Deadlifting 2pl8 3x5 was a milestone. Looking forward to getting my squat to 2pl8
