My gym is about a 30-40 minute bike ride away. Will this hurt my gains?
I lost my job and can't afford to keep my car filled up or registered anymore so I'm gonna try to sell it.

At first yeah. Because you're going to have to get used to the extra effort from the bikeride.
But after a week or two the boost in endurance will be really useful.
And it will help with your cunt as well.

>believing the cardio kills gains meme
A 30 minute bike ride is a warmup. It's not like you're training for a triathlon.
Anyone have that green text of the guy who goes to the gym in a wheelchair and makes one of the front desk girls carry him up the stairs so he doesn't lose his gains from cardio?

Just eat more to compensate for the calories burnt while riding
Good on you for keeping up gym, it'll keep ur mental state in check while ur the stage of looking for new work.
No, it'll certainly help your gains if anything (more cardio helped me not gass so quick during workouts). Just don't expect to have 100% explosiveness during ur first few sets, you'll be already worn from the bike ride until you get used to it

It's really old but honestly the funniest green text I've ever seen, he shows up in a wheelchair, is a pain in the ass and gets someone to carry him upstairs and then gets up and squats 5pl8
Might be a comic too? I don't really remember at this point but wish I could find it

Who is that ?
My gym is 1.9 miles or 35 minutes by foot and it's the time I use to meditate, figure out my work out and which movements to do and where I need to improve most. And I worked out that I'm walking about 800 miles a year just by going to the gym, and since I usually pick up some groceries while I'm there I'm walking a third of that with weight on my back
In short, walking to the gym is a workout in itself and/or a time for reflection and assessment if you use it right.
