This. But the best part about it is that people rarely have real gyno. Most guys on /fit/ just have fat tits. That shit can be gotten rid of by just losing more weight. Or speed it up with yohimbine and fasted cardio.

I have puffy nipples as a dude (~17-19% bf) and went to a doctor, who performed a physical exam. He said I do not have gynecomastia, and would lose the puffiness if I lost weight. You should try the same.

99% of "gyno" is mostly just fat, slim down to single digit body fat percentage and see if that doesn't "cure" or at least drastically reduce your gyno before fucking around with drugs or surgery
