The best advice I can give is this: Dont try to go all out with it, as you will find it frustrating and quit. Every time I tried to do 24/7 restoring I would quit after a couple of weeks. Instead do what you can do. My typical routine, which Ive stuck to for 6 months now is as follows:

-When i wake up I have a shower and clean my DTR. I then put it on in tugging mode, with a very strong elastic wrapped around my foot. I call this 'hardcore mode' and I focus on getting the most intense stretch possible. I usually only last 30-45mins before its too much. I then go to work and do the rest of my day without any redtoring.

-When i get home I put the DTR on in normal mode as shown in the pic and wear while I am making dinner, doing household chores, on the internet etc. (Im wearing it right now)

-Before bed I will do the hardcore method again if Im not too tired and need to sleep.

If I miss part of my routine due to a busy day or unforseen events, I dont let it worry me. If I miss a whole weekend due to doing fun shit, I try not to worry about it.

The results are coming. I have nearly got all of my pink inner skin hidden under rollover, which was my initial goal. It gets easier the more skin you have too.
