I've been doing 50 per day (2 sets of 25)for a couple of months now, and while my arms are bigger than most men's, I'm still not as swole as I would like. Are they any good at building muscle?
I only do 30 mins /fit/ per day due to my 10 hour workday, so I can't go to the gym

train your pushups but add australian rows and then progress to dips/handstands and pullups/chinups then progress to harder exercises like planche and front lever/ one arm chinup
for core all you need is solid l-sit and training legs is for virgins
you should do pull ups too, big back makes the chest look big too and helps with building triceps
