I know these threads aren't meant to be taken seriously, but fuck that half-ROM bullshit. And what possible reason is there for doing one arm bentover rows with a kettlebell?

Actually the biggest mistake I see with rows is people doing too much ROM
ROM is meant to be limited to the scapula to A. Target the muscle and B. Prevent damage and everyone goes behind it. She actually has tight lats and good form.
