I'm ordering takeout Chop Suey tonight. I'm pretty sure it's the healthiest thing you can get from the average chinese place and it's less autistic than eating brown rice with chicken on game night.
And why is the chicken and rice just completely unseasoned? Did you just sprinkle salt on and said "done"?
And the raw veggies...

Do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store, and get some spices like black pepper, chili powder, paprika, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, and garlic powder / granulated garlic.
Here's a nice recipe for chicken breasts, you can cook them from frozen like this as well as defrosted:
Drizzle olive on both sides, and sprinkle salt, chilli powder, garlic powder / granules, herbs (like thyme or basil), and cinnamon.
Slide it into a preheated oven at 180 - 200 C, and let it bake for 32 - 40 minutes if frozen, and 25 minutes if defrosted.
Regardless of the breast's quality, you'll love it. Homecooking is a fucking joy if you know what you're doing.

imo a recipe i like is jar of this shit, 1/2 cup lentils uncooked in low sodium chicken better than bouillon, 2 chicken breasts and cut up some kale throw in.

Just made this, It was pretty damn easy and delicious as well. Couldn't find mustard leeaves so I used spinach, kale and broccoli for the greens. Next time I'll make a decent sized batch with bigger variety of veggies.
