Does this really cause hair loss?
yes
why do you want creatine anyway
if you're susceptible to hairloss this COULD speed things up.
if you aren't a baldlet, you will be fine

No study has demonstrated hair loss from creatine supplementation. There is a study showing an increase in DHT from creatine. This is one study from years ago, and their results have never been replicated as far as I know. Increased DHT might accelerate hair loss if you are predisposed to male pattern baldness. There is no definite answer though.

Sounds like you answered it pretty definitively

There is a choice to make:
1. Become jacked from creatine and become bald
2. Don't use creatine and keep your hair

Well memed
who cares
just shave

Been using creatine for 1 year non stop, 10g a day
0 difference in hair thickness.
However if you're genetically predisposed to balding creatine will speed things up.

have you messed with the dosage?
I just realized I've been taking 5g a day for years simply because that's what was on box when I first bought it and never bothered to question it but I rarely listen to any recommended daily amounts of anything else

No it causes muscle loss
Creatine helps in DHT production, the enzyme that causes hairloss. Take Finasteride. It blocks 75% of DHT. Or just go bald faggot

yeah I take more that the recommended amount because I weight 220 lbs. I figured that the recommended amount is for normalfags, aka around 160.
