Start with dragon flags, if you cant do a proper one tuck in your legs a bit until you can raise and lower yourself continuously, do until almost failure

Immediately go do leg raises, raise your legs up high enough to expose your ass (no homo)

Immediately go and do starfish crunches until failure, then cocoons into failure, finish with normal crunches

Do this routine 3 times. Trust me, after a month my lower core fucking exploded. All I used to do was just crunches, leg raises and other bits in sets and it was utterly worthless. You have to combine a bunch of ab exercises and do them in a routine. If you just do sets with lots of rest for abs you wont get anywhere.

Oh and you can slap in some DB side bends for obliques as well, but those can be done in sets.
