Is it though? That aside, there are more effective ways to train for cardio and more effective way to train for muscle size. Any sport also entails a lot of technique that is mostly unique to that sport, which needs to be learned separately. It's a huge time investment if you want to be good at it. If you enjoy it, knock yourself out, but don't act like people who don't do the same shit as you are missing out.

Despite what I said, I play golf consistently and occasionally play football or basketball with my friends, but I'm not a cunt about it, like OP.
