I hurt my shoulder doing dips and now i cant really do bench or let alone push in a fuckin door.
any advise to heal faster?
should i ask the doctor for roids to heal?

do rotator cuff warmups before you do any workout involving rotating your shoulders. such as dips.

More warm up, more rotator cuff exercises and don't go too hard on the shoulders. The pain is somewhere between front and side delt right? That was my case atleast
