Makes sense.

Lifting is in my experience a humbling hobby.
I think many start with a "You VS Me" mentality while more experienced lifters/runners/whatever have a "Me VS Me yesterday" mentality.

Just an observation.

The biggest and strongest man I have ever met in my life was a black guy who was 6'5, well over 300 pounds, had at least 25 inch arms, and could bench 405 for sets of 10. He was also the nicest guy I've ever met at the gym and even gave me a program to follow back when I was a freshman going to the Y.

Someday I want to be that guy. Huge and just going from gym to gym helping out dyels and setting them on the right track.

this in my experience as well, i myself size up everyone and think myself better than most people but i will help anyone who needs to, i'm friendly and polite, rerack weights let people work in, you get the idea

also nofap is legit, whenever i go for more that a week i start burning fat whilst eating at 3500 calories ( which normally make me gain weight ), get a surge in strength and i have more energy and am alert overall.

otherwise it doesn't feel much different
