yeah I took 25mg every day for about 3 months and noticed some good results. Sleep, skin, mood generally improved. Nothing miraculous, but noticeable. Appetite increased drastically the first week, but then I settled into my normal level of hunger. One remarkable side effect was I could eat really shitty foods and not look fatter. I was eating 3-4k calories every day and I ended that 3 months looking slightly less fat than I started.

Only potential negative was I had some knee pain that I've never had before. I've seen that joint pain is a side effect of mk-677 but obviously I can't be sure the mk caused the pain.

Did you take the powder form? How do you prepare it? I plan on ordering a gram and taking 25mg a day but not sure if I need a scale to weigh out each part or if instead I should put it in some sort a solvent and take a measured amount of the solvent every day that would contain 25mg in it.
