Deficit deadlifts are fine.

How can his grip manage to fuck up his back?
>>41151151
Bicep injury is v common in the suppinated arm in mixed grip. People instinctually tense it sometimes like in a curl, but with deadlift weight. This tears the bicep.
Doing it with both arms is double trouble.
i admit ive seen at least 1 or 2 retards deadlifting with inverted grip at my commercial gym .
good for them they couldnt go beyond any baby weight tho.

Mate I agree and think hook is superior and have a 545 deadlift, but holy shit you sound like a dyel who spouts memes they've heard on here.
>>41151197
also, it's uncomfortable AF
>>41151262
What's your deal? Why so passive aggressive?
>>41151106
God it just gets worse.
>>41151278
I mixed grip when I pull above 600, everything below I pull normal, also belt up at 500, I do a bunch in the 400s no belt for dat core tho. Never hurt my bi, I know it's a possibility but I have good form
>>41151106
its so horrible there's not even one thing right.
what kind of retarded barbell is he even using.
he doesnt even comply with the golden rule of the weight having to travel vertically over the middle of the foot...
>>41151197
Oh of course, I getcha. When I hear 'snap city' I just automatically imagine spine snappage, so I misunderstood and thought maybe there was some crazy "the leg bone's connected to the knee bone~" shit going on to where inverted grip might throw everything out of whack and send you to wheelchair world.

Not really.
Relatively common would be a better way to put it.
