Discipline yourself
>started working and switched gym to one in front of my office so I got money to buy supplements so you can achieve your goals easily
>don't cheat reps or sets
>be patience, lifting is not a race. Don't overdo with too much weight
>don't skip cardio
>treat all muscles equally (don't skip leg day)
>drop sweets and junk food (rarely eat sweets, basically christmas holiday or stuff like that)
>workout at least 4 times a week
>take your rest
>eat properly
It took me a while to discipline myself, but now I can't stop of improving myself and work out.

Working on it. Started as an auchswitz survivor (72kg and 1.94m). Currently on 13% bf and 90kg (aiming for 100kg). Already seeing wider shoulders, nice arms, bigger chest, stronger legs. Now I can't stop thinking of working out.
