Stimulants and antidepressants are both great hunger supressants. You can either buy some meth or coffee, or maybe use 5-htp to avoid using the more "crafty" of antidepressants.
Also, fast in the morning, not in the evening. That should be unsaid, but in the white western world (i.e. not in latin america) it's not as usual to have a big meal for dinner. Well, stop that. Breakfast like a king, dine like a king. 1500kcal in one sitting and in one week you won't feel hungry anymore until the time arrives for food.

A month in and suddenly food in the morning becomes extraweight, instead of "energy for the day". The energy for today should be eaten yesterday's eve.

Eating at a deficit is fucking retarded.

Meanwhile you can just skip a meal every day, eat BIG and WHATEVER YOU WANT for the remaining meal and still lose weight steadily. Plus i never feel drained or tired like i would on a deficit.
(I know im theorethically on a deficit, hence the weightloss. by calorie deficit i mean a strict budget of x calories below my calculated daily need. Just listen to your fucking body, autists)
