I used to in middle school. Me and a friend on the street would basically pretend we were superheros and fight on this big hill. In hindsight it was kinda steep and dangerous, but also pretty cool to be the one to roll the other fucker down.

I'm an amateur Muay Thai kickboxer, but I train out of an MMA gym and I'll do rounds of wrestling scrimmages with the wrestlers and MMA guys in my gym for cardio when I'm preparing for a fight. It's pretty much the most exhausting type of cardio there is.
