Is tennis a good sport for being fit ( not /fit/, I don't mean jacked, just decent muscle)

Yes, constant sprints, quick leg movement turning and jumping as well as working out the arms through hitting the ball make it ideal
What's the deal with the weight of tennis players? Are they at the optimum weight for people, all things considered, or are they long distance dyels?
Nadal and desert are 6'1" and listed at 85 kg.

Seems good for an athletic person who runs a lot

I know a LOT of 50+ yo people who regularly played tennis up to their 40s. They are in shape. All of them no exceptions no one is fat.
Wouldn't your arms develop asymmetrically unless you switched hands regularly or played akimbo?

You are only actually hitting the ball with one arm, but you are moving the other arm around as much maintaining balance and position

Some styles include both

When i played back in high school one forearm got beefy af. I would wake up in the middle of night with my forearm crying in pain

can confirm your primary arm's forearm will grow larger than your secondary.
It was visually noticeable when I first started lifting, and I would fail on movements such as dumbbell press or curl with my left arm first.
A couple weeks of lifting balanced it though

I played in high school and my right arm definitely got bigger. But I was either practicing or playing for fun almost every day. If you're just playing recreationally I doubt it will be much of an issue.
