when I first started using them, I felt it in my back, when I learned to contract my abs and allow my back to round, they made sense. Get it and get used to the movement, just like any other exercise.

i've got an ab roller but also got a huge-ass cut during appendix operation from 1 year ago still healing.
I find it very painful to ab roll because of the scar. is it really bad and i shouldn't stress or my abs are just a bunch of pussy?
