a lot of times i really wonder about people, the groups of teens doing their curls and pushups all over the fucking place.

the fatties doing their 3x5 ss rack shit with some superset acc work and jerking off for an hour taking all the equip for ur 25 pl8 bench/squat

really feels like theres 2 or 3 people who know what theyre doing and work hard at my gym without being obnoxious. some people know what theyre doing and go hard but have sense of commonality.

i think of having myself a vynz day every once in a while bringing a camera bro to roll one bench over and follow me all day, me on the 2nd bench ripped tee, and a lil 20 dollar bluetooth speaker w the sickest tunes while i bang out my 10lb flyes and tell everyone they can make it.
