upright rows are pretty good for mid delt, as long as you balance your internal and external rotation they arnt bad.

Literally the most natural function of the shoulder

Do you post this whenever Jeff is mentioned?

Honestly, Jeff Cavaliere is really hit-or-miss.
I used to think all of his stuff was gold, but as I'm learning more, and gaining more experience in the gym he just seems straight up wrong about some stuff.
Like, his advice about fixing butt wink is just "stretch your hamstrings". I used to do Olympic diving, and can bend over right now and put my nose between my knees. I have no problems with ham string flexibility, but I still get butt wink.

stretch your groin muscles too
>>41140027
I think it has to do with ankle dorsiflexion brah

This is kind of what I'm talking about.
Both of these posts could be valid, and completely fix the problem for the right person. Jeff's advice could too.
I just think Jeff's a meme for titling videos like "THE ONE STOP FIX-ALL FOR BUTT WINK", and saying it's my hamstrings when it could be 1000 things depending on the lifter.
I guess my point is to take his advice with a grain of salt.
