Can I ONLY jump rope to lose weight?
I don't need to lose much, just some fat on stomach.
I jump rope for about thirty minutes a day, vigorously.
If yes, how much?

read the goddamn sticky.
>>41130298
yeah probably but most important thing to losing weight is to eat less calories then you burn.
>>41130298
you are retarded.
> nutrution
> weight excercises
> build muscle
> bigger muscle burn more fat without retarded cardio, just by sitting on the couch

I don't eat much calories, actually, I don't eat enough.
>>41130312
I've read it, and there's nothing about jumping rope.

I like cardio, and right now it's hard for me to do weight exercises, because I've lost a lot of muscle due to eating disorder.

30 min non stop?
>>41130404
Yes

I mean, I fuck up sometimes, in-between jumps, so I start again right after.
Anything that burns calories can help you lose weight. You can't target certain areas of fat.

Jump rope burns around the same amount of calories as running so it's a good way to up your TDEE if needed, plus it is lower impact and you train a number of other things like your coordination and explosiveness. No matter what though you will have to control your calorie intake and maintain a deficit until it is no longer necessary. Like any other exercise it is not inherently a weight loss activity nor is it an excuse to eat however much you want.

breaking new, you can lose weight by doing ABSOLUTELY nothing
just need to eat under maintenance

I don't eat enough, around 500-1000 calories a day. Last year I went full Ethiopian mode, with 500 calories on a good day, due to stress and depression.

If you don't eat enough you would already be losing weight.

then you need to maintain your muscle mass rather than losing fat to look more aesthetic
eat more protons and lift if you can, if not i would suggest doing bodyweight exercises

I've lost unhealthy amount of weight, but I finally stopped being stressed, and gained some weight, now I'm normal, but I never got rid of the excess stomach fat, it's not much, I can clearly see my six pack, but it's not fully pronounced.

I was thinking of buying weights, and workout at home, because there's no gym near me.
