1 kg of oven baked potatoes with 15 g olive oil included in the seasoning is 850 kcal.
500 g kale with mustard and balsamic vinegar dressing is 150 kcal tops
1000 kcal of food is like 50% of your energy expenditure max (more like 35% if you are a normal sized human) and you should feel full as fuck. It's 1.5 kg of food ffs (3-3.5 burger units)
And you still have another 1000 kcal to eat and still lose weight. You can eat that in sloppy Joe's for delicious protein AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT
