What do you guys take on a daily/weekly basis in terms of supplements?
i take a daily multi, fish oil, 5g of creatine post workout with L-Arginine, and a post workout protein shake.
recently i've been reading up on Nootropics and have been pretty interested in trying them out, anyone have any experience with them ?

Anyone ever try OxyPhen or something similar? It's a thermogenic fat burner/appetite suppressant with mdaa.

just looking at the ingredients of it, i think it's probably like most "fat burners" it just is a diuretic for you piss out water, dehydrating you while making you seem more cut coupled with a caffeine pill to increase heart rate.

how do you find the longjack, haven't heard of it before and just on the initial research of it seems kinda iffy, do you take the ZMA to fight some side effects of the Longjack? (insomnia)

Gets me going extra hard. I take powder form, tastes like straight sawdust, but worth it. I recommend it to anyone who still takes DAA, or anything that "raises" test/libido other than the real deal.
ZMA gives me some dank sleep, yeah I prefer it over melatonin. Take 30 minutes before bed keeps me on a tight sleep routine. Don't take with calcium.

Look into it. They compete for absorption so just take it at a different hour of the day. Meaning you shouldn't take ZMA with your protein shake.
I don't believe in taking multis.
I tried to make protein shakes but I developed gastritis. It's pretty much gone away a year later, afraid to hop back on it.

I take fish oil, vit c, vit d3, b complex, zinc, magnesium, and milk thistle. Also, 10g creatine, 50g protein, beta alanine, and citruline malate.
I take a multivitamin, which has most of the stuff i might be missing, biotin(for hair), fishoil for joints, occasional k2 pill.
I like to drink Bragg's apple vider vinegar but i'm all out.
