Yeah I've never done a recomp before. someone in another thread said I should do that but I think I'll just stick with a cut for this summer.

You don't really have any significant muscle definition, cutting would just make you look skinny with some muscle. If that's what you're going for I say cut, but if you want to look muscular and get real definition you definitely need to eat and lift for a much longer period

pretty fine with it right now. I'm a bit more bulky than the pic lets on muscle wise on my pecs. I'm crazy pale.

That's pretty fucking terrible. I'm the same weight but even more of a manlet (5'6), and still less body fat than you.

And also my T levels are only 350 Ng/dl.
